Shipping & Returns
We ship to almost everywhere in the world, however you are responsible for the customs, duty and/or tax in your own country (if any). We only provide a tracked package for international shipments. Australia shipments can choose between Australia Post express post (our standard), or other types of shipping at additional cost when required. Most of the time Australian orders will be processed within 2 business days, and sometimes on the same day.
You may return any new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. If the return is a result of our error (wrong order, defective item) we will also cover the return shipping fee. If you change your mind or placed a wrong order then you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Opened items can be returned provided they have not been used and are not in defective condition.
We maintain a high quality control for each shipped item, however in the rare case where the received item has a defect simply let us know so we can send you a replacement or a refund.
Replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item has been received. If you need to return an item, please let us know, so we can prepare your replacement and ship it as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, it should be received within 14 days of receive date of the returned item, to allow enough time to process the refund request to supplier and our payment processor. However in many cases you will receive your refund much quicker.
