Please note that your order is not confirmed yet until we have received your payment in full. Once you place an order, you are required to make a payment no later than 3 days after purchase date. We will keep the stock for you until 3 days at which the order will then be cancelled if no payment has been received.
When making a payment using direct deposit or money transfer, we will provide you with an instruction to be followed. You are responsible to follow the instructions otherwise there could be a delay in processing your order. MyCostumes Australia will not be liable for delays if this happens due to failure in following our instructions.
All Australian orders will be shipped using Express Post from Australia Post. MyCostumes Australia will not be responsible for lost / missing / stolen articles caused by Australia Post, however we can provide assistance in making an enquiry with Australia Post.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Mycostumes.com.au disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
MyCostumes.com.au will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.

Any discount code applied will be calculated based on subtotal amount excluding the shipping fee. Shipping fee is not included in the discount.
It is very important that you ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order. Once an order has been placed and payment received, it is likely that the product has been shipped and hence changes to the shipping address might not be possible. MyCostumes.com.au is not liable for any unreceived articles due to incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses, or mistakes by Australia Post. In the case where an order is returned to us due to wrong provided shipping address, customer must pay additional fee for the second reshipping to the correct address.
If you are concerned that your order might have been missing / lost / stolen as it has not been delivered after a reasonable amount of time, please make an enquiry to your local Australia Post outlet using the tracking number provided, before contacting us. In many occasions your local post office will have a better answer than us about the whereabout of the item. Estimated delivery time provided on our website is provided only as a general guide from Australia Post.
